Compared to Hispanic CF patients in the 2004 CFF patient registry, our Hispanic CF IL NBS patients have fewer premature stop codon mutations (eg.G542X,R1162X,R553X)(0% vs. 5.2%), a lower frequency of ΔF508(36.7% vs. 44.7%) and more unidentified mutations (23.5% vs. 15.7%). Login to comment
