 The lack of cross-resistance to doxorubicin has been explained by a single mutation at codon 482 (doxorubicin is poorly transported by the wild-type variant of ABCG2 in which the amino acid at position 482 is an arginine but can be transported by the R482T mutant32). Login to comment
