As previously reported, the rescue was specific to mutations located in the amino-terminal part of CFTR (N-tail and NBD1), as the CFTR fragment 1-633 did not rescue a CFTR mutant harboring a mutation located close to the carboxyl tail of CFTR, H1085R-CFTR (14). Login to comment
