 Results In order to identify whether ABCG1 is able to transport oxysterols we used our previously characterized TetOff HeLa cell lines which allow regulatable expression of ABCG1(666) or the ABCG1(666,K124M) defective mutant [16] over four orders of magnitude. Login to comment
